I think helping people feel seen is especially underrated. Sometimes people think it’s about the impressive words or the louder the message or the more inspiring the message….I know I used to think that but now I’ve made peace with the fact that it’s about hitting an emotional cord so I try to implement that in my work and in my day-to-day activities also.
